However stream mate is the "main" version which the other sites are reselling so I'm going to write my review under that name. It not as big as iFriends in pure girls-on-line count but does well compared with other biggies like CamContacts and ImLive.
There are plenty of girls online you'll find, the first page just lumps all them together. So you'll either have to browse though a lot -- which can make your eyes water -- or use the search to find just the right sort of thing you are interested in. Or on the top of the page click the tab called "Browse Cams" -- it is grey and not that obvious -- but it takes you into a sensible category browser. Alternatively use the search. The search is pretty good -- not just obvious like age and ethnicity but also special items like piercing; though you don't get to check what particular body part is pierced until you go into chat. Keyword search lets you look for something like "anal" easily. You need a free signup to get into chat of course; emails are used to send your password to you and you will also need to give a credit card number to register. Credit card transactions are secure via WNU (https://wnu.com/secure) -- for the initial set up they don't make a charge, it's just age verification. Visa and mastercard are accepted as are discovery and jcb but strangely nothing else. Even before you sign up though you can get into the girls profiles
In the search results click the little drop down beside the pic to select the picture gallery. Confusingly the next screen just shows one or two pics; but each of those pics is just an example of a whole gallery. Click the pic to go into the actual gallery. A lot of the gallery pics are really great quality -- not fuzzy webcam pics -- and pretty hot stuff!
