VoyeurDorm is one of those mega sites that provides millions pics and galleries, videos plus live chat. 

There are two kinds of chats:

First, is what they advertise - 12 girls and 18 cams in the house for voyeurs.  And there are schedule cam chat.

The second kind is the pay chat.  This has nothing to do with the girls you've seen in the pics or video.  All the cams or chats are feeds from some other webcam sites. 

If you click on 'Live Cams', you will be offered a list of video chat sites with different themes from DirectSex's various feeds and feeds from Pornication. 

If you click on 'Live voyeur cams', you again will be shown a list of video feed sites like Camz and TitTalk by PrivateFeeds.

After all, VoyeurDorm is supplied by a content provider called CandidCam so if you find these girls in other pay sites I won't be surprised.  If you want original voyeur cam, you should try Amsterdamlive.  They are one of the pinoeers of voyeur cams.
