Katie's World is a one girl site.  She claims to be one of the earliest one to do custom-made photos date back to 1999.  I will imagine she probably started a pay site with her pics and videos and when webcam becomes the hot thing she adds it to her site.

Tony thinks Katie is wonderful but it all depends your preference.  I like cute faces like Casey or SweetCamGirl and Katie is more like pretty pretty, not entirely my type.  There are free video clips you can download from Katie's World so you can decide if she is hot or not.
